Do not treat the table like a medical prescription. Treat it as a starting zone. If your racket recommends 22-26 kg, the middle of the range is a sensible first test. Your profile matters more than ego. If your hitting partner plays at 27 kg and you at 22 kg, it does not mean one of you “controls” better.
